Encore Performing Arts is currently seeking additional graphic designers to assist with graphic needs for upcoming productions. Graphic designers with Encore Performing Arts are responsible for designing social media graphics, creating show programs, digital advertisements, physical posters, or other promotional material as needed.
Ideal candidates will have previous graphic design experience. This is an unpaid, volunteer position with a 3-5 hour/week commitment. Required hours may be more or less based on current production schedules and marketing/graphic design needs.
The graphic designer will report to the Marketing Director.
Please note: Encore Performing Arts is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization, and all positions are volunteer only. There are no physical office locations and most of the work will be done virtually/remotely. Volunteers will perform all duties using their own equipment, as no equipment is provided by Encore.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong graphic design skills using programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva
Layout skills
Creativity and flexibility
Attention to detail
Deadline-oriented with strong time-management skills
Communication skills
Handles constructive feedback on design
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of experience
Certificate or Degree in Graphic Design, or relevant experience
Portfolio or work examples strongly preferred

We are currently seeking a Treasurer to join our team. The Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the financial records, presenting complete, accurate financial reports on behalf of Encore, monitoring cash flow, investments, and financial sustainability, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and nonprofit best practices. The Treasurer will assist the production teams in building and maintaining show budgets, ensure all invoices and payments are made on time, supply information and records for grant applications and spending compliance, support in direct audits of the funds of the program according to funding source guidelines and generally accepted accounting principles, work with our accountant to ensure timely filing of tax documents and adherence to nonprofit accounting standards, serve as a resource for financial decision making and risk management, and other duties as required. The Treasurer also supervises the Director of Development and the Development Team, providing guidance on fundraising, capacity-building initiatives, and related development priorities.
In addition, the Treasurer will serve on the Board of Directors as a voting member. The time commitment will vary throughout the year, but availability for recurring Board meetings is expected, as well as Production meetings as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (CPA or nonprofit finance experience preferred)
Proficient in QuickBooks Online
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Must have access to a reliable, secure personal computer and stable internet connectivity
Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Commitment to the mission and values of Encore Performing Arts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior nonprofit board experience
Understanding of nonprofit financial management and reporting
High functional knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools

Groundhog Day The Musical - Principal and Ensemble Auditions
Principal & Ensemble Audition Requirements:
For the best user experience, we suggest submitting your audition via a non-mobile device.
Principal/Ensemble Roles: Prepare 32 bars (1 minute) of a musical theatre selection suitable for the show. Please do not select songs from the show.
To be considered for a Principal or Ensemble role for Encore's production of Groundhog Day The Musical, you must be 18+ years of age by August 7, 2026. Visit our Audition Submission site below for the full list of audition requirements.
All Principal and Ensemble Audition submissions are due by Saturday, July 11, 2026 @ 11:59pm ET
