Open FULL-TIME VOLUNTEER Positions

Please note: Encore Performing Arts is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization, and all positions are volunteer only.

  • Encore Performing Arts is currently seeking additional graphic designers to assist with graphic needs for upcoming productions. Graphic designers with Encore Performing Arts are responsible for designing social media graphics, creating show programs, digital advertisements, physical posters, or other promotional material as needed. 

    Ideal candidates will have previous graphic design experience. This is an unpaid, volunteer position with a 3-5 hour/week commitment. Required hours may be more or less based on current production schedules and marketing/graphic design needs. 

    The graphic designer will report to the Marketing Director. 

    Please note: Encore Performing Arts is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization. There are no physical office locations and most of the work will be done virtually/remotely.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong graphic design skills using programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva 

    • Layout skills 

    • Creativity and flexibility 

    • Attention to detail 

    • Deadline-oriented with strong time-management skills 

    • Communication skills 

    • Handles constructive feedback on design 

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ years of experience 

    • Certificate or Degree in Graphic Design, or relevant experience 

    • Portfolio or work examples strongly preferred
